For any company in the UK planning to hire employees, including the Director, it is mandatory to be a registered employer in the PAYE system. The company's director, who must be a UK resident and have an active National Insurance Number NIN, registers the employer with HMRC.

Please note that individuals residing outside the UK and/or lacking an active National Insurance Number NIN cannot register with PAYE.

Our solution involves appointing our UK resident Nominee Director to serve on your behalf. After the company setup, we provide a Director Appointment and Indemnification Agreement, outlining the nominee director's role's limitations while authorizing you, the beneficial owner, to manage the company's day-to-day operations and activities.

1. The Nominee Director's role is solely for the public record at Companies House.

2. Our nominees have no control over the company and are not involved in its management.

3. The Nominee Director will submit an application to HMRC for your company's PAYE system registration, enabling you to hire employees and run payroll.

4. After successful PAYE system registration, the Nominee Director will be replaced with a Director of your choice.
